Terms of use
Last updated: 14 October 2026.
These terms govern the relationship between Drin (test details), 1 Test Street, 105 57 Athens, VAT 000000000 (“Drin”, “we”) and the business that creates an account (“Customer”, “you”). By signing up you accept these terms, the Privacy policy and the Data Processing Agreement, which form part of them.
1. The service
Drin is an app for businesses that:
- keeps customers and appointments,
- prepares appointment reminders, come-back reminders, name-day and birthday greetings, and other messages the business defines,
- lets the business’s customers sign themselves up (QR) and confirm or cancel appointments through a link.
Viber, WhatsApp and SMS messages are sent by the business from its own device; Drin prepares the text. Emails can be sent automatically if the business chooses.
The service is for professional use. The account is opened by a person with authority to bind the business.
2. Account and access
Sign-in is by one-time code to your email or by passkey. You are responsible for the device and email you sign in with, and for anyone you add as a user of your business. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Plans and charges
To use the service you choose a plan. While Drin is in trial, the only plan is Demo, at 0 €. We do not ask for card details. Before any charge we will tell you the prices and terms at least 30 days in advance, and you decide whether to continue. There will be no charge without your explicit consent.
Messages you send from your own Viber, WhatsApp or SMS are charged (if at all) by your own provider, not by us.
4. Your obligations
- Consent and lawfulness. You are the controller for your customers’ data. Send reminders only to people with whom you have a relationship, and greetings or promotional messages only to those who have consented. Drin records consent, but ensuring it exists is your responsibility.
- Content. You are responsible for the text of your messages. Do not mention health details or other sensitive information in messages.
- Viber. If you use a Viber business account, follow Viber’s terms (e.g. message first only customers who have saved your number).
- Not allowed: sending unsolicited messages (spam), use for unlawful purposes, attempting to access other businesses’ data, bypassing security measures, or overloading the service.
5. Data
Your customers’ data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, under the Data Processing Agreement. You may ask for an export at any time.
Drin administrators may open your account only for support or security; every such access is recorded.
6. Availability
We make every reasonable effort to keep the service running, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, especially during the trial. Reminders are an aid: they do not replace your own organisation.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit (e.g. an appointment missed because a reminder was not sent). During the free trial our total liability is limited to the minimum the law allows. This limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted at test@example.com. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where possible. After termination, data is deleted as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
9. Changes to the terms
If we change anything material, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service.
10. Governing law
Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over disputes.
