Messages go out the way that suits you

Emails always go out by themselves. For messages to the customer’s phone, Drin prepares them and you send them with one tap from your Viber, WhatsApp or SMS, on the plan you already have.

Come-back reminder
Any interval: from 1 week to 24 months after the visit.
Appointment reminders
The first from 6 hours to 7 days before, the second from 1 to 12 hours before.
Wording
Every message in your own words, with the name, day and time filled in automatically.
How it’s sent
Email automatically, or one tap from your Viber, WhatsApp or SMS, set separately for each type of message.

Questions

Is it really free now?

Yes. While Drin is in beta, the basic package is free, with no card. When a price is set you’ll be told in advance, and you decide whether to continue.

What’s in the basic package?

An online booking page with services, staff and opening hours, an appointment calendar, a customer list, QR sign-up, appointment reminders by email, come-back reminders, name-day and birthday greetings, Google review requests, reminders of your own and a morning briefing. Automatic SMS and a Viber bot are extras.

Can you add something my business needs?

Yes, that’s exactly what we do. Tell us what you need, we send you a quote with a clear price and timeline, and if you agree we build it and switch it on in your account. If something can’t be done, we’ll tell you from the start.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It opens in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. On a phone you can add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.

Are messages sent automatically?

Emails, yes, always. Messages to the customer’s phone are prepared by Drin and you send them with one tap from your Viber, WhatsApp or SMS, with no per-message charge from us. Automatic SMS or Viber can be added as an extension.

What about personal data (GDPR)?

Data is stored in the European Union. We keep consent for reminders and for greetings separately, with the date and how it was given (QR, booking, import, by hand), and messages never mention details of the service or treatment.

What if it can’t find someone’s name day?

For nicknames that match several names (Takis, Sakis) we ask you once. For names without a saint, you choose “All Saints’ Day” or “doesn’t celebrate”. The answer is saved.

I already have appointment software. Do I have to change it?

Not necessarily. If your software allows third-party connections (an API or a calendar link), we can connect it on request, so reminders and greetings work without you changing anything. You can also enter into Drin only the appointments you want reminders for.
