Set up the way you work
Your type of business only sets the starting values. From there on you decide for every reminder: whether it’s sent, when, how and with what text.

- Any interval: from 1 week to 24 months after the visit.
- Appointment reminders
- The first from 6 hours to 7 days before, the second from 1 to 12 hours before.
- Wording
- Every message in your own words, with the name, day and time filled in automatically.
- How it’s sent
- Email automatically, or one tap from your Viber, WhatsApp or SMS, set separately for each type of message.
- Sending time
- The time each day when greetings and come-back reminders are prepared.

Table bookings for restaurants
A floor plan with floors, automatic or guest-picked tables, waiters with their own sign-in.
Group classes with seats
A weekly timetable with a capacity per class. Customers see how many seats are left and book their own.
Waiting list
When a class is full, customers join the line. As soon as a seat frees up, the next one gets it automatically and is told by email.
Points and memberships
Point packs or monthly memberships. You set how many points each program costs, which programs each membership covers and when points expire.
Cancellation rules
Free cancellation up to the time you set. After that the point is lost or a penalty is taken, only for the programs you choose.
Customer accounts
Customers sign in with a password, Google or an emailed code and see their bookings, points and memberships. If you like, only customers you added can book.
Filling gaps
When an appointment is cancelled, customers who asked for an earlier time are told, so the gap gets filled.
Customers at risk
Drin spots customers whose visits are thinning out, with plain reasons, so you can reach them in time.
Name-day and birthday greetings
With the right vocative for every name, including the name days that move with Easter. Only to customers who agreed.
Automatic SMS or your own Viber bot
Reminders also reach the customer’s phone, without you pressing anything.
